Our goal in our community is to provide clear and easy to understand pricing. Each move in comes with a three-year rent lock guarantee on site rent. We do not believe in raising rates year after year. Our goal is to provide a quiet, clean and beautiful place that our residents love to call home. We believe part of this is providing clear and honest pricing. See below for our rates explained:
Our Rates:
Site rent includes highspeed-hardline internet, sewer, trash, the first two vehicles and two occupants.
Utilities:

All utilities have zero hidden fees; you only pay for what you use

Electricity - 12.5 cents per kilowatt hour

Water - 1.3 cents per gallon

Extra Charges:

Extra vehicles - $35 per month

This do not include the first two vehicles
