We have a large range of amenities we offer here in our community. Our goal around our amenities and our park as a whole is to provide a nice, quiet, peaceful and enjoyable for our residents to call home. Whether you are here for a few months or plan to be here for years we have what you need to call our park home, no matter how long you are with us. We have places to be outside to enjoy the Hill Country, indoor spaces to be able to beat the heat and everything in-between. See below for a snapshot of what we offer:
Clubhouse
Fully furnished clubhouse featuring a pool table, couches, TV, shuffleboard, full kitchen, poker table and other miscellaneous game tables.
Outdoor Patio/Grill Area
Just outside of the clubhouse we have a large, covered patio, a separate patio below with games and a fish pond. Just off to the side we have a covered grill area with electricity and a preparation counter and sink.
Large Fenced Dog Park
We have a oversized fenced dog park with fine shredded mulch, this provides a soft and mud-free area for our dogs here. The dog park is complete with a shade structure and onsite water to keep our four-legged friends hydrated.
High-Speed Internet
We have highspeed internet with hardline connections at every individual site. This means faster speeds and more reliability for you.
On-Site Laundry Facility
We have onsite coin operated laundry machines. We have a total of 8 machines, 4 washers and 4 dryers. We also have a coin machine on site to make laundry day a breeze!
Community Garden
We have a high fenced community garden outfitted with raised garden beds and individual water spigots.
Weekly Propane Servcies
We offer propane delivery and filling service through one of our partners. This gives you the option for easy, hassle-free propane service.
On-Site Storage Units & Trailer Storage
We have onsite storage units available for rent. Each unit is insulated, comes with power and a light. We also have an onsite trailer storage for your extra trailer needs.
Walking Trails & Hill Country Views
Here at Hidden Hill we are nestled less than one mile from HWY 281 and on one of the hill tops in the area, this gives us the ability to feel like we are deep in the hill country while still being close to all of the city necessities. We have beautiful sun rise/sets, wildlife and a hill country backdrop. We have walking trails through the park as well as a large meadow that spans the entire length of the property.
