About Us
Family Owned & Operated - Built on Trust & Community
Welcome to our RV park—proudly family owned and operated since 2021. Our goal has always been to create a different kind of RV park, one that feels more like a real neighborhood and community than just a place to park. Here, we don’t have a constant flow of vacationers or weekend traffic. Instead, we’ve become a close-knit home base for people who value peace, nature, and genuine connections with their neighbors.
When our family took over from the original owner and builder, we knew we wanted to preserve the same values: honesty, hospitality, respect for nature, and a sense of “home.” Like them, we saw the park as something more than a business; it’s our way of bringing people together, serving residents personally, and creating a peaceful space where folks can enjoy life surrounded by trees and wildlife.
How We’ve Grown
A lot has changed since those early days. Today, our park sits on 15 beautiful, wooded acres, with 74 RV sites—large enough to offer the best amenities, but still small enough to feel friendly and welcoming.
Since taking the reins, we’ve worked hard to add to the park’s offerings and enhance the community feel. New additions include:
-
A spacious clubhouse, designed as a gathering spot for neighbors to connect, share meals, host events, and celebrate together.
-
A grill area, updated dog park, and outdoor patio with lawn games and a relaxing fish pond.
-
Walking trails for peaceful strolls through nature.
-
A community garden for those who love growing their own vegetables or flowers—just another way we nurture connections in our park.
-
Larger RV sites and improved roads, giving everyone more room and comfort.
Community & Residents
Most of our residents live here full-time, choosing us for the quiet atmosphere, friendly faces, and beautiful setting. We also welcome traveling nurses, project managers, and others staying for shorter periods—everyone appreciates the natural spaces and real sense of belonging that our community offers.
Nature First
You’ll find plenty of native plants and wildlife throughout the park, including deer, rabbits, and foxes. The native agarita bush (which our street is named after!) grows here. Each year, several guests make delicious homemade jam from its berries—a favorite local tradition.
Family-Owned Pride
We truly believe being family owned makes a difference. To us, it means caring more about our residents than just the numbers. It means being hands-on, getting to know everyone by name, and always looking for ways to serve our community better.
More Than a Park
Here, pets are part of the family (and welcome), gardens are tended with love, and neighbors look out for one another. This is a relaxing, peaceful place to call home—designed for people who value community and the beauty of the outdoors, just like we do.
We invite you to see the difference for yourself. Whether you’re here for a season or to settle in for years, you’ll find a warm welcome and a park built with you in mind.
